This list will come into effect on 1 July 2010.  Transitional provisions have been put in place and these are outlined in the FAQ section of our site.

The occupations on the new SOL are yet to be assigned points and a Skills Assessing Authority.  In most cases it will be the same authority but there are indeed new occupations that require clarification.  If you wish to be notifed of the allocated points and assigned skill assessing authorities when they are announced along with any other upcoming changes to immigration law then you can register your email and we'll keep you in the loop.  Register here
